this was really delicious and i have another focaccia so i can make another one (😈) but i was just scrolling around various lists of toasters & america's test kitchen has my toaster on their DO NOT RECOMMEND list but since it's an archived version to bypass the paywall i can't click the drop down to find out why. i'm being deprived juicy gossip about my own toaster. anyway the internet tells me i should get a breville smart mini

i loved that focaccia with guanciale and egg that i had the other week so much that when i saw little round focaccias at the store yesterday i knew i needed to try to make another one myself (with bacon). it came out great but i had to bake it in the toaster for like an hour so finally i put my oven thermometer in there & turns out it’s only hitting like 250 while set to 450 so guess i gotta go toaster oven shopping
